I've always had a great passion and love for dogs - starting from when I was a teenager when I walked dogs of all breeds and sizes from the shelter. 
My then first dog was a Hungarian Vizsla and I now own a 5yo Pugalier, Benji. The sweetest soul with the best personality. 
We live in an apartment with a balcony (incl potty porch) and go to the park at least 2 x a day, morning & evening. Benji likes playing with other dogs when he's inside, but outside, his fave thing to do is digging on the beach or playing ball, where your pup would be most welcome to join. 
Your dog is more than welcome to sleep in my bedroom with Benji and I (in dog beds) or if he's used to sleeping in the lounge area, we can arrange for that too. 
I am WFH, so the dogs will be supervised for most of the day and I have a car too, in case there is an emergency or similar. 
I'd be happy to offer pick up and drop off, if you are located nearby.
